Hi Everyone, today I am going to talk about healthy eating. We have to eat in order to have the energy to perform our daily tasks and to enjoy the many beautiful things in this world.
In order to have a healthy diet, we must eat fruits and vegetables. Some things that children and adults eat that are unhealthy are oily food. It is always important to eat healthily because food is the fuel of our body and therefore it’s important to eat healthy food throughout the day for maintaining maximum energy levels.
Some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthy food are: diabetes, obesity, thyroid dysfunction, kidney malfunction, and intestinal problems.
There are benefits of eating healthy food, they are to reduce the risk of many cancers, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.
